la ñ — mañana
the "ñ" — as in mañana (morning/tomorrow)
In the story
Lucía
We call it: la ñ — mañana.
Lucía
It’s like the ny in canyon: ñ = nya. Ma-ña-na. Hear that soft nya? Common mistake: saying ‘manana’ with a plain n — nope. Give it the nya. It’s la ñ because letters are usually feminine: la a, la be… la ñ.
Lucía
Say it with me: la ñ — mañana. Again, slower: la ñ… ma-ña-na. Now natural: la ñ — mañana.
